The final result was really quite exceptional and we could not be more pleased.Some of the agents viewing the property for letting felt that the flat had a big lift as a result of the newly refurbished bathroom. As you know, the job was protracted due to the loss adjusters taking some time over revisions to the work to be undertaken. Despite that, Lee worked around the delays and managed to keep the job running. The entire team including Harry Spinks were tremendous to work with. To give an example of Gigney's commitment. Lee called me on various occasions, once whilst on holiday, to check on progress. I would have no hesitation in asking for their help in future and recommending them to other leaseholders and contacts I have in the area.
